Cori Belles, MBA, sHRBP
Cori Belles, MBA, sHRBP, is Guthrie’s Senior Vice President, Enterprise Chief Caregiver Officer.
Cori has served Guthrie for over 20 years, most recently as the Vice President, Chief Talent and Experience Officer. She leads the team responsible for setting the vision for caregiver engagement that aligns with Guthrie’s Mission, 愿景, 和价值观, while promoting a culture of diversity, 包容, 创新, life-long learning, and talent development.
Her educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in HR Management from Mansfield University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also certified by the Human Capital Institute as a Strategic HR Business Partner and is active in the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Terri Couts, MHA, RN
